Our stay was really great and fantastic the staff is friendly however our filipino friend is gone. The dinner is wonderful and fantastic amazing view of the ocean and very nice room. A good place to stay near in everything like bangla and beach just down the hill. We will be back in the future.

Beautiful property. Although it’s dated the rooms have been upgraded recently. Fantastic views over the hill of the sea. Right on Patong Beach so within walking distances of all major restaurants, shopping etc. A big shout out to El, Mad and apang for being so wonderful with the kids especially the Pizza Making. Fantastic activities planned by the hotel including Foam Party for the kids and parents along with games. Also a shout out to Judy for being absolutely fantastic with service, support and any help needed. Thank you Novotel Phuket Resort..!

It’s a amazing hotel I ever been in my life and when I entered into hotel they welcomed me and they gave me juice and fresh face wipe towel and film reception guides very humbly and she helped me with the room keys and I loved that in Novotel hotel Film guided us with the rooms and it was amazing experience

A beautiful property located across the road from Patong beach. The property is located on a hill top and offers sweeping views of the turquoise waters. We had booked a sea view room which was lovely and the sunsets over the waters was mesmerising. While the hotel has good restaurants a pool side bar and even good room service, there are a lot of other restaurants along the beach side which one can explore too. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of items both veg, and non-veg which is a huge plus. The hotel shuttle which offers guests a drop and pickup service to and from the city centre and Jungceylon mall at regular intervals was very convenient. We even availed of the airport pick up and drop which was impeccable. We even availed of the paid tour to the Bug Buddha which was very well organised. The only slight point the hotel can improve on rooms and bathroom are lovely but do require refurbishment. The stars of the property are the awesome team right from our welcome team at the airport the cab as well as shuttle drivers , to the reception and restaurant team - you guys are the true stars . Thank you for making this a memorable vacation.

We booked a suite room; it had a huge balcony with clear ocean view. The room were very large, was almost like a serviced apartment. The beach is across the street. The property has lots to do i tried kick boxing for 3 days during my stay, friendly trainers. They have few bars only reason to give 4 rating overall is that the bars are very average. Lot of improvement could be done. 4-5 vegetarian breakfast options were a major positive. SPA was good. It's a large property with 3 pools medium size. Some pool games can also be played. Overall, a very clean property. i liked the morning runs on the beach, kick boxing sessions in afternoon, beers early evening. All with lovely view of the beach and lively evening options within 3 - 5 minutes' walk from the property.
